Andolsek to the position of Civil Service Commissioner. Partially-printed document is countersigned by Secretary of State Dean Rusk. Bears an embossed Great Seal to the left of the signatures. Measures 23.25'' x 19.25''. Mounted to paperboard with some buckling and uniform toning, else near fine. The dark ink signature by Kennedy stands out.
