Supreme Court Justices photo and signed mat. The nine Justices from the 1988-1990 Rehnqiust court are all pictured in the photo. Mat is hand-signed by Byron White, Harry Blackmun, John Paul Stevens, Sandra Day O'Connor, Anthony Kennedy, Thurgood Marshall and William Brennan. Rehnquist and Scalia's names are signed by autopen. Photograph measures 13.5" x 11", matted to 20" x 16". Pencil notation to verso, else near fine.
