Amusing "Flintstones" prop from the 1994 live action film directed by Brian Levant. Pair of pictorial tablets are a comedic stone age periodical, "Sports Excavated", with headlines reading, "The Spear, The New Wave in Fishing" and a brief, illustrated "article" on cliff diving. "The Flintstones" starred John Goodman, Elizabeth Perkins, Rick Moranis, Rosie O'Donnel, Halle Berry and Elizabeth Taylor in her very last film. Tablets are custom crafted of carved foam and painted in blue and tan. Each measures 11" x 15". Bound together with twine. Some cracking and abrasions to surface, else near fine.
