The signed items are accompanied by two duplicate programs and an unsigned 7.25'' x 5.5'' glossy photograph of himself, backstamped with the date 18 February 1970 and photo credit to ''Don. Mac Afee''. Signed program measures 10'' x 10''. Light wear to spine, else fine. Signed photo has a semi-matte finish and measures 7'' x 10''. Light buckling around the edges, else near fine. The unsigned pieces are all in very good to near fine condition.
