Howard Hughes signed cover. Envelope bears Hughes' return address as ''Howard Hughes / New York World's Fair 1939'' in commemoration of Hughes' 1938 flight around the world to promote the World's Fair. Envelope is signed ''Howard Hughes'' in blue ink, between special issue stamps. Postmarks appear from New York and Seine, dated 10 and 11 July 1938 respectively. Measures approximately 7'' x 3''. Near fine. Tucked into photo corners and framed with an American flag to an \overall size of 12'' x 16''.
