Tucked between the front free endpaper and fly-leaf of ''Year of Decisions'' is a slip that reads, ''With kindest regards / from / Harry Truman'' in blue ink. The slip appears to be a detached title page from a different copy of the same book. Measures 5.25'' x 8.25''. Mild toning and slightly irregular left edge, else near fine. Memoir runs 596pp. and comes bound in black cloth boards with silver lettering. Wear to edges of spine and board corners, else near fine.
