Signed receipt lists the star's New York address and charges for waxing services that amount to $56. Partially printed receipt is filled out in pencil by an unknown hand. Pink sheet measures 5.5'' x 8''. Monroe's signature is somewhat light. Tear to the top edge and a pinhole to the left edge, else fine.
