Margaret Hamilton autograph letter signed to her friend Helen Fay. Written on St. Louis' Gatesworth Hotel stationery, letter reads in part, ''...The park is just heavenly & the backdrop for the enormous stage- great tall trees & shrubs- the loveliest stage setting I've ever seen anywhere & everyone is pleasant to work with. I feel very fortunate...I go out to Kansas after here for 'Show Boat'...Much love- Maggie.'' Undated, though circa mid-1950's. 2pp. letter measures 6'' x 9.5''. In very good plus condition, with full transcription.
