Walt Disney signed game-used 1935 polo ball. With signatures in black including, ''Walt Disney'', ''Jack Holt'' and ''Snowy Baker''. Disney had a studio polo team which competed against other studios and teams. Most likely used as Disney was in the midst of creating ''Mickey's Polo Team,'' a 1936 short cartoon portraying Disney characters playing actors. In the film, Jack Holt played the referee and Snowy Baker taught various actors in the film how to play polo. With a letter of provenance reading in part, ''...Tom Donaldson who states that this is a polo ball that my father had signed in 1935 by Walt Disney, Jack Holt and Snowy Baker...'' White wooden ball measures 3'' in diameter with soiling and chipping in spots, presumably from game use. Very good.
