Lucille Ball signs a receipt for a purchase at Stevenson's Department Store in La Jolla, California on 18 August 1956 during the period of the phenomenally popular TV hit comedy, ''I Love Lucy.'' She signs her married name in pencil: ''Lucille Ball Arnaz'' with a circle above the ''i'' in ''Lucille''. The 4.25'' x 7.5'' receipt shows moderate creasing, else near fine condition.
