Auguste Rodin letter signed from Paris. Rodin, of course, was the world renowned sculptor of ''The Thinker.'' Letter written in French on 29 June (possibly 1915), to Armand Dayot, thanks him for the beautiful ''foreword'' and paying his compliments to ''Mrs. and Miss Dayot''. Letter is signed ''A. Rodin'' by the artist. 1pp. measures 4.25'' x 7''. Light abrasion along a vertical line, overall very good.
