Dated 10 April 1973, Nixon writes, ''...I am grateful for your courageous vote today...Your action demonstrates your commitment to oppose unnecessary programs which could result in tax increases and high inflation for the American taxpayer...working together, the President and responsible members of the Congress can hold the line for sound, sensible fiscal policy.
