Dated 13 November 1883, McKinley writes as newly re-elected Governor of Ohio, upon his official stationery: ''Please accept my warmest thanks for your cordial congratulations over the splendid victory of last Tuesday...[signed] W McKinley''. Single page measures 7.5'' x 10.25''. Elegantly framed to an overall size of 13.5'' x 17.5''. Right side of letter is toned and partially obscured by matte, overall very good.
