Typed letter signed by Lee Harvey Oswald's arresting officer, M. ''Nick'' McDonald, regarding Oliver Stone's film, ''JFK.'' Dated 25 October 1994, this highly critical letter reads in part: ''...Oliver Stones' movie 'JFK' was filled with half-truths and right out lies. It was nothing but pure fiction and showmanship. The biggest problem was that most people will believe it to be true and it will be sad for future generations to take his movie as fact...insinuated that the Dallas Police were involved in a conspiracy and that the arresting officer had orders to kill Oswald...I did not receive any orders from anyone to do anything that day...''
