Arthur Ashe personally owned and worn pair of prescription eyeglasses. Ashe was known for his glasses he wore both on and off the court, sporting a variety of styles in his lauded career. ''Robert Marc'' brand glasses feature a thin tortoise shell frame and are distinct in their round shape. Glasses measure 5.25'' x 2'' with some beige flecks of beige residue stuck to the lenses, presumably from the inside of the original leather case, which is also included. With an LOA from Ashe's widow.
