1951 New York Giants uniform. This is the home game jersey and pants set worn by Larry Jansen the year that the New York Giants defeated the Brooklyn Dodgers for the 1951 National League pennant in a thrilling tiebreaker. In addition to being winning pitcher of that game, Jansen was named an All-Star that year. Wool uniform featuring the classic Giants team colors and styling was manufactured by MacGregor Goldsmith. ''Jansen'' is embroidered in orange beneath the label inside his #46 button-front jersey which is sized 44 in near fine condition. Button-fly pants feature elasticized ankles and are size 36. Very good. From the personal estate of Larry Jansen.
