Lithograph of Jesse Owens, signed ''LeRoy Neiman'' and numbered by him ''74/100''. In Neiman's characteristic style, Jesse Owens is here pictured at the 1936 Olympics, wearing his U.S.A. uniform, number 777, about to win gold in the men's 100 meter sprint. This portrait of Owens was completed in 1983, but only produced for friends and family, with over 30 given to Owens' estate. Lithograph is copyrighted at bottom, ''LeRoy Neiman, Inc. 1983''. Measures 24'' x 19'', in near fine condition. Directly obtained from the family of Jesse Owens.
