Large 9'' x 12'' silver gelatin print of Margaret Thatcher, taken by noted fashion photographer Terence Donovan in 1995. The first female Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, and also its longest serving in the 20th century, Thatcher here indeed earns the title of Iron Lady, in her own words: ''I stand before you...my face softly made up and my fair hair gently waved, the Iron Lady of the Western world.'' Matte photo is mounted to 15'' x 18.5'' presentation board, with Donovan's label on verso. Near fine condition.
