Lady Bird Johnson personally owned sterling silver dish. Lidded dish features gadrooning to the bowl as well as the lid in an alternating silver and gilt design. A floral bud finial tops the lid. Heavy piece bears the 925 Sterling stamp, and that of noted silversmith atelier, Tane of Mexico City. A stamp under the lid reads, ''5012''. Measures 4.5'' in height and 4.5'' in diameter. Weighs 1 pound. Light allover tarnishing, else near fine. With an LOA signed by the Johnsons' daughter, Lynda Johnson Robb.
