King George III style silver and cut-glass epergne with a similar plated mirror plateau. With a Matthew Boulton, Birmingham, 1803 marking. Branches and base are numbered 1-4. Epergne is on on four paw feet, the supports headed by lion's masks and centered by a foliate finial, four reeded detachable branches. Together with one large and four small oval cut-glass bowls, and a silver-plate mirror plateau on paw feet. Epergne measures 17.5'' in length; plateau measures 24.25'' in length. Weighs 65oz, or 2021.5g. Minor chips to glass bowls, otherwise near fine condition.
