Land grant signed by President John Quincy Adams on 10 June 1826. Partially-printed document grants 79 acres of land to one John Snip June, at the land office in Cincinnati, Ohio. Adams signs ''J. Q. Adams'' to lower right of vellum document, which contains the Presidential seal at lower left. Measures 15.5'' x 10''. Small hole near the seal, along with folding. Very good.
