President Harry Truman signed ''Presidential Party Pass'' to the U.S. Naval Submarine Base in Key West, Florida. Pass allows a ''Santiago, J. Cst'' access to the base, with a 25 November 1946 expiration. Signed ''Harry Truman'' in black ink diagonally across card, which measures 4'' x 2.5''. Pencil notes to verso and wear to edges. Very good.
