In this formal document, Castro appoints a diplomat to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with Osvaldo Dorticos Torrado as President and the Minister of Foreign Relations, who countersign the document. With the blind-stamped embossed seals of the Prime Minister and President over Castro and Torrado's signatures. Measures 8.25'' x 10.25''. Folds and filing holds on left edge, overall near fine condition.
