Erwin Rommel signed photo, showing the German Field Marshal in his Third Reich uniform, signed ''Rommel'' across his uniform. Though the extent of his involvement is unknown, Rommel was part of Operation Valkyrie to assassinate Adolf Hitler, and was forced by Hitler to commit suicide after it failed. Visible portion of photo measures 3.125'' x 4.875''. Not examined out of frame, but appears near fine. With Profiles in History COA.
