Document signed by Declaration of Independence signer Francis Hopkinson on 21 November 1780. In addition to signing the Declaration of Independence, Hopkinson also served as Pennsylvania delegate to the Continental Congress, and as U.S. District Court Judge. Document is a draft for $18 of interest due to one William Winthrop, signed ''F Hopkinson''. Measures 8'' x 4''. Two small holes to left and a toned, uneven right edge, slightly affecting signature. Very good condition.
