Charlie Duke signed copy of the Apollo 16 flight plan, with his handwritten summary of the mission that made Duke the 10th and youngest moonwalker. Duke writes in black felt-tip on the cover, ''The Apollo 16 mission is the eleventh flight in the Apollo/Saturn V flight program, the sixth mission planned for lunar landing, and the second mission planned for landing in the Lunar Highlands. / Charlie Duke / Apollo 16 LMP''. Flight plan is a contemporary copy, and measures 8.5'' x 11'', and approximately 1.25'' thick with all 5-hole punched pages. Near fine condition.
