Bill's inscription to the front free endpaper reads, ''In affection! / Bill / May 22/68''. An illegible note above the date may be a ''W'' for Bill's last name, or possibly the location where it was signed. Book is bound in paper boards with original dust jacket. Runs 332pp. Measures 4.5'' x 6.5''. Accompanied by a color photograph of Bill and his wife, measuring 5'' x 3.5''. Small stain to tail edge of book and notations to rear free endpaper. Very good.
