British WWII Field Marshal Bernard Montgomery signs this program for a 1945 thanksgiving service. Montgomery signs ''Montgomery of Alamein / Field Marshal / 28/4/46'' on the interior front cover. The church program is for a thanksgiving service for the Second Army in conclusion of its 1944-45 campaign in northwest Europe. Montgomery was granted the title, Viscount Montgomery of Alamein, the year of signing. 4.5'' x 6'' booklet has some foxing on the cover, otherwise very good. A postcard with a picture of Montgomery is also included.
