Grant is signed with Jackson's full signature, ''Andrew Jackson'', on 16 February 1832, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. Vellum document measures 15.25'' x 18.5'', with wax-based paper seal. Moderate wear, folds and a few small holes throughout. Very good condition.
