Beautiful engraved invitation to the opening of the Brooklyn Bridge held on 24 May 1883. Tiffany & Co. invitation features full view of bridge, with two coats of arms flanking it, all above the information about the event including the invitee, in this case Mr. David Neuberger. The ''Tiffany & Co.'' hallmark appears at bottom edge. Measures 9'' x 6.5''. Mild toning and bend to lower right corner, otherwise near fine condition. Accompanied by original Tiffany & Co. envelope with blind-embossed coats of arms on flap.
